1 cup cottage cheese

Directions

1 cup Greek yoghurt

½ up cottage cheese

½ tsp vanilla extract 

1-2  tbsp honey/agave/maple syrup

Directions

Start by mashing the avocado with a fork ( make sure it is ripe). Add the diced onion, tomato, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, and minced garlic. Squeeze lime juice for freshness. Garnish with chopped cilantro ( or leave it out if it tastes like soap to you). Pop those slices in the toaster. Once they have achieved golden crispiness, spread the guac evenly. Two large eggs

¼ cup cottage cheese

¼  cup thinly sliced mushrooms

Olive oil 

Pepper Jack cheese

Directions:

Whisk the two eggs in a bowl with all your spices until well beaten. Gently fold in the cottage cheese and mix well to combine. Add a dash of olive oil into a heated skillet and put your eggy mixture into it once heated. ½  tomato, finely slices

¼ medium red onion, finely sliced

Directions: 

Mix chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until no lumps are left, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. This one takes the longest of all the healthy cottage cheese snacks but is worth it! The chia seeds will soak up all the milk and expand in size, leaving you with a pudding-like consistency.
